Childbirth Education Course
Join me for a comprehensive 2-hour childbirth education class, available both online and in person, where I dive into all things pregnancy, birth, and postpartum. I provide a supportive and informative environment, ensuring that you feel empowered and prepared for the journey ahead. With a focus on practical techniques and evidence-based information, I aim to make your transition into parenthood as smooth as possible.

This package begins with a complimentary Zoom consultation, giving us the opportunity to get to know one another and ensure we're a good fit. We will then meet for one prenatal visit in your home to discuss your birth preferences, answer questions, and prepare for your upcoming birth experience. I will provide continuous support during your entire labor and birth, offering encouragement, comfort measures, hands-on support, and advocacy as needed. Followed by one postpartum visit in your home focused entirely on your needs, whether that's processing your birth experience, newborn support, emotional reassurance, or simply helping you feel cared for during your recovery. Throughout your pregnancy, labor, and the first six weeks postpartum, you'll also have access to ongoing virtual support via phone or text whenever you need encouragement, guidance, or a listening ear.

Postpartum Hourly Visits
Postpartum support is designed to help ease the transition into life with your new baby by providing personalized care tailored to your family's unique needs. During our time together, I can offer infant feeding and lactation support, newborn education, evidence-based resources, emotional encouragement, or assistance with adjusting to your new routine. I am also happy to provide practical support around the home, such as helping with laundry, dishes, light household tasks, or caring for your baby while you take time to rest, shower, or focus on your own well-being. My goal is to help you feel supported, confident, and cared for during the postpartum period so you can focus on bonding with your baby and recovering from birth.
Pricing: $40 per hour
